Lichen
Lichens are the most harmful growth on your roof. They could eat through roof shingles faster than you think.
Gloeocapsa magma
Gloeocapsa magma is a kind of bacteria that feeds off of the limestone on shingles. It makes the roof look black and dirty. Once appears, it spreads fast like cancer.
We do not use high pressure to clean your roof because high pressure water can cause serious damages. Moreover, pressure washing won’t actually clean organic growths on your roof. They are like weeds in your driveway joints, and they’ll grow back soon after you “clean” them with high pressure.

Please plan ahead. Most roofs take 1 to 10 days to become completely clean after treated by our roof cleaning solution. But, in some rare cases, this process may take as long as six months.
